1.Power off mobile

 2.Press Volume up + Volume down

 3.Now press power button and wait until apering  Lenovo Recovery mode

 4.Now select language using touch or volume keys

 5.Now select Wipe user data

 6.select fuse format data

 7.then back to main menu select reboot . your phone will reboot
